The Barnstaple MRC has had a large range of model layouts over the years in all scales and gauges the most recent layouts being Yeo Valley which is a 00 gauge modern image layout with both main line and a small connecting preserved branch line which gives a great range of stock which can be run at the same time. At one end of the layout is a small town scene above the station which has three platforms. Just out of the station there is a small siding and two large bridges which lead to the fiddle yard.
